There are several offers for Ugandan and the 2018/19 Kenya Premier League second top scorer, Umar Kasumba on the table – but the former Sofapaka FC striker’s management is considering the trials at FSV Zwickau, at the moment.

Ronnie Santos Sports Management founder told Zaabu Online today that Kasumba was currently processing a visa to enable him travel to Germany for trials at Zwickau, a third tier Bundesliga side.

Kasumba shield the ball from an opponent.

“It’s true that there are several offers on the table for Kasumba but our focus is at Zwickau.

“But he will not be able to fly out to Zwickau – Germany because we still have small issues with the visa (office) but once sorted out, the player and his representative will embark on the trip; and the authorities responsible are aware,” said Ronnie Santos Fred Mwine.

He added: “Disregard romours circulating around that Kasumba is in South Africa for trials – that’s totally false because his passport is at the Germany Embassy in Kampala. So how can he in be South Africa (at the same time) as some sources are indicating.”

Our source learn’t that Kasumba is currently a hot cake on almost the entire continent as different clubs in Kenya Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia, Egypt and Morocco want for his signature to join them in the upcoming season.

Kasumba scored a total of 22 goals in all Kenyan competitions.
