Thirty nine year old former 2007 Bombers captain Zebra Isaac Mando Ssenyange had his last stroke at midnight on Wednesday after he was shot dead by a gang of thugs.
Mando as commonly known started the boxing career at a tender age in Bwaise Kawempe at Lukanga boxing club. He attended St. Francis school before joining Kololo High School by then known for Boxing. While in form three in 1997, he dropped out of school but later in 1998, he joined Dynamic S.S Mukono also as a boxer student and coach.
The same year, the late joined the Bombers before going professional in London from 2001-2011. At that level, he fought twelve fights, won ten and drew two times.

” Mando was that person who knew what he does , wants and how to get there. You could only argue him over the ring and the gloves. It’s quite absurd that such things are happening and we are losing people day in day out in the same way,” Uganda Professional Boxing’s Phillip Munaabi said.
The deceased captained Uganda at amateur level in All Africa games in Maputo- Mozambique where Ronald Serigo brought the Pearl Of Africa the only silver wear.
